A FEW REMINDERS…
- With the exception of the individual awards, each chapter can only complete one application for each category. Please decide ahead of time who will be submitting applications for your chapter to avoid the submission of multiple applications for each category.
- It is in your favor to provide as much information as you can about the person or chapter you are nominating. Give the judges as many reasons to choose your nominee as you can!
- Please do not put anything on the application that distinguishes your chapter from others. Do not use individual chapter members’ names, chapter mascots or symbols, or anything that can distinguish your chapter from another. For example, please say “At our chapter…” instead of “At Alpha Alpha Alpha…”.
- In order for your application to be considered, you MUST fill out the Chapter Data information. Located on this page, the chapter data information starts with the nominator’s email address. Please complete all fields!
- All short answer questions have a 100 word minimum and a 300 word maximum.
ALL APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE COMPLETED WITH LAST YEAR'S OFFICERS AND PROGRAMS IN MIND (Spring 2007 – Fall 2007 term). Please do not nominate anyone from your current Executive Board.
You can nominate any member of the Greek community using the nomination forms below. Please complete the Chapter Data information first (below), then choose an award from the dropdown menu, and answer the questions provided.
